Refund policy

At Owtstanding Nailia, we take pride in providing high-quality nailia and apparel designed with

attention to detail and craftsmanship. Due to the custom and limited nature of many of our

products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges may only be approved under the following circumstances:

• The item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The wrong item or size was shipped.
• The order was missing items.

To request a refund or exchange, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Full name and order number
• Photos of the issue
• Description of the problem
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The following items are non-refundable:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Worn, washed, or altered items
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Owtstanding Nailia reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet policy requirements.
